Kathryn from Huddersfield who suffered whiplash after a car accident. It was suggested by her GP to take up Piltaes to strengthen her back and neck.

Kathryn came a long to the classes a little apprehensive having knowledge of what to expect having this to say afterwards.

"The classes been successful but also very enjoyable. Nigel was very patient with teaching the steps of pilates but also pushed us making us work harder therefore gaining better results.

The small classes ensure that Nigel can work with each member ensure their technique is correct and that they will gain the best results. Thus the problems with my back have all but vanished. Now my back is stronger I have now gone up to 2 classes as i want to improve my fitness and all over strength.

Kathryn is now Running which is something that she had never thought possible before the car accident.

There are many more People who have over come there Health and Fitness issues don't let these stand in your way of your dreams.
